Return Policy
Coffee & Food Item Returns
Due to the nature of coffee and food products, we cannot accept returns on food items. Please donate your coffee or food item to a loved one or first responder in need of a pick-me-up and then contact us and we will get you fixed up. Contact us at oders@blueroan.coffee
Other Merchandise Returns
Merchandise is anything other than coffee. Examples include a t-shirt, cap, coffee mug, and stickers.
You have 15 days to return all Other Merchandise (excluding coffee) from your purchase date. It must be returned in its original packaging. Contact us at orders@blueroan.coffee and we can further assist your return process. Please have your order number, name, and address in your email.
In the event an item is damaged. Please email us a picture of the damaged item and package to orders@blueroan.coffee and give us full details of the issue. Please make sure you give us your order number.
Shipping
Standard Shipping is calculated based on zip code and weight. We currently ship all items UPS, ground unless selected otherwise, at the time of checkout.

When will my order ship out?
All of our coffee is small-batch roasted, and we roast per order — so please allow up to 48 hours for your coffee to ship out. If you order on a Friday, please note that we do not ship on weekends.
Do you ship Internationally?
Currently, we only ship to the U.S. and Canada. If you would like to place an international shipment, please contact us at orders@blueroan.coffee. Please note that we are not responsible for any taxes, duties, or brokerage fees on packages delivered to Canada.

What if I live in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other US Territories?
We ship to any U.S. State or Territory, including Puerto Rico.
Do we ship to APO?
Yes, we sure do! All rates apply to the APO facility’s zip code in the United States.
Please make sure and give as much detail as possible such as: Enter Country as United States, the city as APO or FPO. Make sure to state the specifics of Armed Forces America (AA), Armed Forces Japan, Armed Forces Europe (AE), and the APO zip code.
What is an APO address or an FPO address? APO stands for "Army Post Office," and is associated with Army or Air Force installations. FPO stands for "Fleet Post Office," and is associated with Navy installations and ships.
Military addresses must show the grade, full name with a middle name or initial, and PSC number, unit number, or ship name. Replace the city name with "APO " or "FPO," and the state with "AA," "AE," or "AP," and use a special ZIP Code.
Can I split my shipment into different addresses?
We are not able to split orders between addresses. You will need to place separate orders if you wish to ship items to multiple locations.
How do I track my order to know where it is in transit?
You’ll receive an automated email with your tracking number as soon as we have processed your shipment order. Please allow 24-48 hours for this tracking number to activate, as we roast all of our coffees to order.
